These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZNAP Watch website, application, and membership services (the “Services”), operated by Watch God Group Limited (“ZNAP Watch,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

No Platform Guarantee / Member Responsibility ZNAP Watch is a membership and introduction service that connects members with independent third-party watch dealers. Any dealer, seller, or product accessed through ZNAP Watch is NOT guaranteed, warranted, endorsed, or certified by ZNAP Watch to be authentic, genuine, or to conform to its description. ZNAP Watch is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any transaction between a member and a dealer. Members are solely responsible for independently verifying the authenticity and condition of any watch, the accuracy of any description, and the identity, credibility, and trustworthiness of the dealer or counterparty, and for assessing and bearing all transaction risk before completing any purchase, payment, or delivery. Any verification or authentication report (including any W.A.V report) is an independent professional opinion only and does not constitute a guarantee of authenticity by ZNAP Watch. |
1. Nature of the Service
1.1 ZNAP Watch is a membership subscription service for luxury watch collectors. It enables members to connect directly with independent third-party watch dealers and to access membership benefits and value-added services.
1.2 The Company does not own, take possession of, inspect, escrow, ship, or take title to any watch offered by a dealer, and is not a buyer, seller, agent, broker, or guarantor in any transaction between a member and a dealer.
1.3 All terms of any purchase (including price, payment, shipping, returns, and warranties) are agreed directly between the member and the dealer. Shipping methods and arrangements are negotiated between the member and the dealer based on the location of the watch and the member’s delivery address.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2.2 You shall provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information, keep it updated, and safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Membership, Subscriptions, and Benefits
3.1 Access to certain Services requires an active ZNAP membership subscription. Plan features, pricing, currency, and billing terms are as published on the website or app and may vary by region or promotion.
3.2 Upon subscription you may receive an exclusive voucher code to redeem benefits. You are responsible for keeping your voucher code confidential. If a code is lost, you may contact customer service to retrieve or report the loss of the code.
3.3 Membership benefits (which may include access to dealers, the Watch Authenticity Verification Center, after-sales customisation, repair and maintenance referrals, member events, and related services) are subject to the applicable plan terms and to availability, and may be modified from time to time.
3.4 Where a member is located in a region without a ZNAP member centre or partner venue, the member may contact customer service to arrange for a watch to be sent to a ZNAP member centre; the member is responsible for the cost of shipping and any insurance at the member’s discretion.
4. Brand Warranty and Third-Party Dealers
4.1 Where a watch purchased from a ZNAP dealer carries a valid manufacturer warranty, that warranty is provided by the brand, not by ZNAP Watch, and is subject to the brand’s own terms. ZNAP Watch does not provide, extend, or guarantee any manufacturer warranty.
4.2 Independent dealers are not employees, agents, or representatives of ZNAP Watch. ZNAP Watch does not control and is not responsible for the conduct, performance, pricing, or default of any dealer.
5. Verification and Authentication Reports
Any verification, authentication, or condition report made available in connection with the Services (including any report issued by W.A.V. Watch Authenticity Verification Center) represents an independent professional opinion based on the information available at the time of assessment. It does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or official brand determination of authenticity, and does not transfer any responsibility for a member-dealer transaction to ZNAP Watch. The official position of the relevant brand manufacturer shall in all cases prevail.
6. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation
6.1 Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the plan selected and the billing cycle published at the time of purchase. You agree to the terms of the relevant third-party payment or banking channel.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated or required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current period.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All rights, title, and interest in the Services and their content (including software, website, interfaces, databases, logos, trademarks, and works) belong to the Company or its licensors. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
7.2 Without our prior written consent, you must not republish, sell, rent, sub-licence, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute material from the Services, except for personal, non-commercial use as expressly permitted.
8. Cookies and Privacy
8.1 We use cookies to enable site functionality and improve user experience. By using the Services you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
8.2 Your use of the Services is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on the website, which describes how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.2 We do not warrant the existence, quality, safety, legality, authenticity, or accuracy of any watch, dealer, listing, or third-party content, or the ability of any dealer to complete a transaction.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, value, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services or any member-dealer transaction.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you to ZNAP Watch in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your transactions with dealers, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access (including closing accounts or ending memberships) where you breach these Terms, present a compliance or security risk, or as otherwise reasonably necessary. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
12.2 The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 14 Hong Kong banking business days. Failing resolution, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
13. General
13.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by posting on the website or app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13.2 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. If these Terms are provided in more than one language, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
